How long until I see a difference?
Azelaic acid is gradual. Most people notice calmer breakouts within 3–4 weeks, and changes in tone and post-acne marks over 8–12 weeks of daily use. Consistency matters more than how much you apply — a pea-size amount is enough.
Is it OK for sensitive or rosacea-prone skin?
Azelaic acid is one of the better-tolerated actives and is often recommended for redness-prone skin. This formula is fragrance-free with niacinamide to support the barrier. Still, patch-test on your inner forearm for two nights first. Mild tingling early on is normal; persistent burning or peeling means stop and simplify.
Morning or night?
Either works. Many people find evening easiest. If you use it in the morning, always follow with SPF 30+ — sun exposure undoes a lot of the work on tone.
Can I use it with retinol, acids or vitamin C?
Introduce one new active at a time. If you already use retinol, alternate nights for 2–3 weeks then build up. You don't need a separate vitamin C or exfoliating acid alongside this — that's rather the point.
Pregnant or breastfeeding?
Azelaic acid is generally considered one of the safer actives during pregnancy, but please check with your doctor or midwife before starting anything new.
Is this a medicine?
No. It's a cosmetic with 12% azelaic acid (prescription versions are 15–20%). It's not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition. For painful or scarring acne, see a dermatologist — this is a good maintenance step, not a replacement for treatment.
How long does a jar last?
30 g (1 oz). Used once a day as directed, a jar lasts most people around 8–10 weeks.
Shipping and returns?
Dispatched within 2 business days, arrives in roughly 5–8 days. Shipping is always free. Not working for you? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no need to return the jar.
